I love collaborating with clients to create individualized plans to help them meet their personal, educational, career, and family goals. 

 

I'm a certified educator and coach. I specialize in executive function coaching, parent education and support, ADHD behavioral management, career coaching, and student support.

​

I use evidence-based practices in a warm, supportive environment. My goal is to support clients as they use their strengths and learn helpful, practical tools to identify and reach goals and enhance productivity, relationships, and well-being.

​

I grew up in Washington, DC and have lived in Dallas for over 30 years. I graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in English and The University of Texas at Austin with an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction. I completed my graduate coursework in school counseling, certification in ADHD Behavioral Management and Executive Function training, and certification to be a parenting instructor through the Love and Logic institute. I hold a lifetime Texas teaching certification and have worked in public and private schools and at the community college level. I've also worked as a mental health writer for BetterHelp and volunteered as an alumni admissions interviewer for Georgetown. Now I love sharing knowledge and getting to work with clients in a small setting.

My husband Matt is a pediatrician. We have five now-adult, much loved kids - and have also raised four sweet dogs. My professional and personal hope is to support individuals and families as they pursue happy, healthy, productive lives. I would love to have the opportunity to work with you!
